Kameha Grand Hotel installed RCF

The Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn is a five star hotel where the architecture is more refined, the design are trendsetting, and it´s hotel structure that has become the new 'Lieblingsplatz' directly located to the river Rhine. The Kameha Grand Bonn is about ecological lifestyle and design hotel and the location gives a wonderful view of the Siebengebirge Mountains.
This newly built property redefines service and offers colour, warmth and atmosphere, and it is equipped with luxurious furnishings and cutting-edge technology.
In the Terrace Bar there have been installed 22 pcs of RCF MQ80P-S speakers. The MQ80P-S model is IP55 and very suitable for outdoor use. These are installed in different combinations: Single, twin and triple clusters. The speakers are installed on stainless steel columns and are covering the whole Terrace Bar area.
The company “Kuchem Konferenz Technik” from Königswinter realized the installation in co-operation with RCF Germany that supplied technical documentation, EASE simulations of the project etc. The construction designers of the Terrace Bar decided the placement of the stainless steel colums. So the EASE simulations was an important tool to secure that the installation of the speakers was set in the right angles to cover the whole area of the Terrace Bar and to get a perfect result.
Terrace Bar has a smooth and equal audio level (about 90% of the area are in between 97dB SPL +/- 3dB) and the 22 speakers fit perfectly the high-class environment of the Kameha Grand Hotel.
